Creda 48196 Cooker Cooling Fan Wont Switch Off

Hi,

Replaced the strip light behind the control panel.

Switched both top and bottom ovens on to check light works and then
switched them off.

Cooling fan continued to run assumed that they did this and would stop
after a pre-determined time.

The customer rang to say the fan would not switch off and starts
immediately again if the wall switch is switched off and back on.

She also says that it was never normal for it to stay on anyway after the
oven is switched off and that the user manual says there is a connection
with the control panel light and the cooling fan.

Can anyone email me a circuit diagram for this cooker or indicate where
the problem may lie.
