Creda 48906 cooker

A customer just phoned me and said he needs 4 ring switches. He claims they all went at the same time. He says he has no control over them. Seems a little odd. I haven’t seen the cooker yet. I’m wondering if there could be a break in the nuetral going to the switches? Anyone else see this problem?

Last time I saw this they had wired up the cooker wrong.

if it has the strix type then chances are they have all gone. probably been going one at a time and they didnt bother doing anything about it until the last one went.
