Creda C361 – Grill full on – no adjustment

When using the grill there is no temperature adjustment.
The top number on the switch is 4 – It only comes on when the dial is past 3 and off below 3 – Not able to use a warm setting.

Advice gained on-line and confirmed by parts suppliers recommended replacing the top oven thermostat – no change.
Next advice to replace the grill switch – no change

So both top oven and grill switches incorporating top oven thermostat are new.

Any suggestions other than buy a new oven?

It would almost certainly be a faulty energy regulator. Are you sure you fitted the correct one

Not an energy regulator on these Andy, its a thermostat + grill/oven selector switch set up.

There are however two different top oven stats used on some of these which are not interchangeable.

What is the full model number including any letters after C361 and serial number plus any other numbers on the rating plate of the cooker?

What was the make of the original thermostat?
