Participantmy creda C361E top and bottom ovens appear not to be working.
No lights come on – no indication lights when you turn the dial and no sound of the funs etc coming on.Grill and solarglo hobs all work fine and timer/clock display is working.
Only thing i can think of is that during this week we had a power cut that lasted about 8 hours. Wonder if this blew a fuse or something.
and typical i don’t have an extended warranty. Cooker is just over 3 years old and has had very little useage.
Could anyone advise what could be the fault and what sort of price am i looking at for repair??
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

After a loss of power you need to set the time clock 😉Bryan

that may be a problem as the minute minder button has fallen off and yes it appears to be stuck with Auto flashing and time to be set – will this cause the problem then????

As Bryan said clock needs time set to run oven or set to manual-looks like a hand symbol.

thanks for your advice, Does anyone know how much it would be to replace the 6 button panel as the minute minder button is stuck solid and i cannot get it to set the time.
I was going to try and see if i could get to the panel – anyone have an idea how to get to it.
Thanks

It may now be best to call in a local engineer to deal with this problem as a replacement clock assembly would be expensive but there should be a more practical repair possible if you do not need the clock functions.
Try repairs@ (on the left of this page) for a UKW Engineer in your area.
