KeymasterHi,
Christmas day! the oven packs up!!
The fan in the main oven works, but oven does not get hot.
We have checked all the timings etc. the grill, top oven and hob work.
If anyone can please help us, we would appreciate the response.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Hi Reg,
You could look in the directories (navigation bar on the left) put in your postcode and see if we have a member close to you, or put your post code here so the right person can answer you “cry for help”

Thanks Kevin,
Our Post code is RM11
I looked in the directories but it seems these are for parts etc. I actually need someone to guide me, in finding the problem.
The cooker is just over 2 years old! (always the way, just out of its cover).December 30, 2004 at 2:41 pm #122164Dave_Conway

Reg, the directories contain companies and individuals who repair appliances, which is what Kevin assumed you wanted.
Here’s one in your area:
Stellison Ltd
14 Parsons Road
Manor Trading Estate
SOUTH BENFLEET
Essex
SS7 4PY
01268 756276Advice wise, it sounds like the fan element has failed to me, which won’t be an expensive repair 😀
Dave.
