    Hi,

As subject suggests, I have a Creda Concept C361EG cooker, and today the main fan oven seems to have failed. I’m assuming the heating element blew due to the fact the circuit breakers were tripped, would this be a reasonable assumption? The hob and top oven/grill still works fine, the light in the main oven comes on and the fan spins up, just no heat at all.

Can anyone give me some idea on how easy it would be to replace the element myself in this particular cooker? Thanks in advance.

Fairly easy. Isolate from mains and remove the plate at the back of the oven to reveal the element. Normally a failed element is quite obvious, it will show signs of distortion or splitting. Part number required is 6204370.

    Available here.
