Participantwent to check this dryer problem not drying clothes the dryer is heating as back plate was very hot.not transferring heat to drum.
checked float SW as bit of stuff in their cleaned out switch was sticking a bit freed up.where should i check for blockages should their be water in the float vessel thanks. fasetester

Check the fans as they are the primary source of air circulation for starters. Of course there should be water in the float/pump area. Are you unsure as to the function of a condenser dryer then fase? 🙁

Yep. Sounds like a blockage somewhere. Would check fairly soon as the stats will fail

Thanks Martin and andy prob blocked condenser as the were using the dryer with damaged filter screen fase tester

after cleaning condenser dryer still not heating drum properly how do you get to ducting on this dryer to check for blockages and is their a fan to blow the moist air to condenser thanks fasetester.

Take the right hand side off as you look from front and the ducting/fan is there

though had this dryer sorted got a message to say dryer heating but not drying clothes no water in drawer there is no water getting to pump chamber condenser not producing any water.
could this still be a problem with condenser what temp should the dryer be inside the drum to dry properly thanks fasetester

A few months down and back to square one eh fase?
Did they ever replace that damaged lint filter you mentioned a while back? Is the channel from the condenser matrix to the pump blocked again?
I’ve no idea what the temperature is inside the drum (bloody hot I expect) but around the temperature of the cycling stat anyway (whatever that is 120c maybe? Dunno)

yes martin new filters dryer does not extract water through condenser drum heating but not drying clothes

Then work should be concentrated on that condenser channel and pump. Also I seem to vaguely recall these heaps of junk have problems with the float microswitch, so check that out too. 💡

went back to dryer checked opening at back of condenser it was OK. checked micro sw pump was running does the pump on this dryer run all the time.
good air flow give condenser good hosing told the person that the need clean filter after every drying cycle and condenser ever 6 week or so thanks martin. fasetester
