    It isn’t possible to turn down one of the hobs with energy regulator, I have fitted a replacement regulator diamond h, still have the same fault, I realise it could be a faulty regulator, I changed cables over ie. number 1 to number 1 ect. assuming they are the same no wiring dia came with regulator.
    I have wired the element into another regulator on cooker, worked ok.
    need to confirm cables are going to correct terminals.

    Hiya,
    If the new regulator had a connection 4A then that is the neutral now. On the older ones it was 4.
    If you can post the terminals from the old one and the new one I’ll work it out for you, unless you managed with the pdf.
