creda cooker not getting hot enough

hi guys,

creda 48337

customer said main oven and top oven are not getting hot enough, he states that niether will get hotter than 120 deg , and said they both went wrong at the same time
this seems a bit too much of a coincedence for me, it sounds like a themal cut out is coming out somewhere, perhaps due to a faulty cooling fan.i cant find a TOC/thermal cut out listed on any parts lists with connect.
any ideas before i go out?

It doesn’t show a thermal cut-out on Partfinder either so I guess it doesn’t have one?

must be 2 faulty thermostats then, i’ll have a good look tommorrow me thinks.
