ParticipantI have a Creda Europa Solarplus Built in oven and grill in brown. I do not know the model number and their is no manual for it either as I did look when I moved in.
The inner glass in the oven door is badly scratched and I wanted to know how easy it is to replace it and the cost.
I am happy to forward a picture of the oven if needed.
Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hi: The model number is probably on a rating plate on the back of the appliance, especially if it’s an older model. Without the model number your probably going to find it virtually impossible to find any parts for it. If the scratches aren’t too deep you could probably take them out with polishing compound.

Rare for these to have a rating plate on the back, usually a stick on label along the front, bottom edge that often peels off.
The only built in Creda Solarplus in Brown that I can see is a 48121, main oven inner door is obsolete for that one. 🙁

If the plate was on the back it would be impossible for me to look at it as it has been put into a wood surround. I did check the inside of the oven and grill to see if there was a label but I think it is long gone.
It is a pity that the part is now obselete as I notice from other posts that some spares for these ovens are still available. Just my luck really!

Functional parts such as controls and elements do tend to be available for much longer than cosmetic bits and pieces. It is quite an old piece of kit though TBH.
Is your oven 55cm wide or 60cm wide?Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Thank you for replying iadom.
I measured the outer oven door and it was about 59/60 cm. The inner part of the door, where the glass sits on the raised ‘bit’ inside is about 55cm.
Does that help? I have got a pic which I can send to you if that also helps.

Picture won’t make a lot of difference really, the model number I gave above is for a 55cm wide model so is not the correct one. Unless another member of the public has the same model and recognises it which is a bit of a long shot TBH.
Whilst the controls and elements stay the same for years the cosmetics such as doors, handles, control knobs, facias can change many times over the course of 15 or 20 years. The exact model number is the only way to identify them. 😥
