    Hi all, No model Number but its the brandt made machine with the timer located at the bottom front left of the machine and string with plastic ferules linking the spring to the door hinges (fully intergrated) Iam after the P/N for the R/H side outer door adjustment device, It looks like half a Jubilee clip. Its for a neighbor who found it on it on the floor after his daughter went in to a strop and slamed the door down! 😥

    Going back over some previous jobs it looks likes it is a BF41 hope this is of some help

    It doesn’t show this part on the Hotpoint diagram, but the Brandt part number is 32X1856.

    Thanks Dave, I have put it on backorder with Connect.

    Some of the prices for the Creda/Hotpoint version of this model are way over the top i.e £60 odd for a drain pump, £145 for a spray pump.

    Goose ,does it actually need the adjuster? as normally they only fall off when the door cord breaks due to the lack of tension .
