Hello, I wondered if anyone can help with a problem we are having with our dishwasher. We noticed at the end of a cycle that it had not opened the dispenser draw properly and the tablet was only half gone. The next time we tried it, it made the humming sound like normal before the water fills in, only the water didn’t fill in and it just kept on making this humming noise. When we checked, the first two lights were flashing, and upon phoning Creda have been told this could be either the pump, filters or pipes. We have checked underneath the sink, cleaned out the filters on the pipes and checked it and a rinse cycle worked. We then washed it out with a limescale and detergent remover on a full cycle and it worked perfectly…unfortunatley the next time we tried a full wash it didn’t work again properly (water definitely went in because all the dishes were wet and mostly clean, but the tablet didn’t come out at all, and then it seemed to get stuck on this humming sound then the next time we got just the humming again). We have checked all of the pipes under the sink and checked the water dispensing arms etc. Basically everything apart from taking it out. It is 4.5 years old now. Does anyone have any ideas?
