Creda J37483M Belt

Electrue show 1860H7 belt but the one on machine is original and looks more like the white knight type ie 3 ribs (sorry no size on it). Creda shows 208081.

Can anybody work out what the correct part no is?

If the motor is capacitor run type then belt is a 5 rib, 280081,

If it is capacitor run and it has a 3 rib belt then it has had the wrong belt fitted at some time.

Nearest 3 rib belt I can see is a 1740228, 1877J3 that is for a relay start, motor drive.

Partfinder mentions the two different belts but only shows the 208081 belt as an option 😕

Is the machine uni directional or does it reverse?

Are you sure, that belt is for Hotpoint produced dryers only, made before Creda & Hotpoint joined forces. 😕 fits 1700 & 9300 series dryers. Only fits Hotpoint dryers made before 1986. Size is 1905J3.
