this all singing all dancing electronic oven, switches itself on and off at random times with selector in off position. also when in use the set temperture changes.
the customer has had one engineer out 3 times, he has changed the power module apparently.
after losing confidence in the last guy she has now called me. i did find a loose burnt connection on the live of mains terminal, i replaced the tag and refitted to a good position.
could this have been causing the fault!!, i have tested insulation and all functions seem to be fine.

my only advice on these is to stay well clear, had one that kept turning itself on & heating at night, had all parts changes, modules x2 timers & other bits, but still it kept doing it, think it was exchanged in the end, same customer also had an induction hob that had erratic electronic faults, that was exchanged but the new one did just the same, sometimes wonder if it could be a customers supply issue
