    Help!!

    I have a Creda Reflection built-under fan oven which is about 9 years old. The bulb on the control panel packed up ages ago but I must get it fixed cos it’s driving me nuts not being able to read the oven temperatures!

    Can anyone tell me the secret of getting into the control panel or will I have to pay the £63.00 + parts fee for a new bulb?

    Whilst we cannot go into the precise details on dismantling your machine, you could give us the full model number, that may help us give you some clues.
