hello everyone, ive got a problem with a sensorcare tumble dryer. The belt snapped and i bought a new one from our local store and thought great problem solved.how wrong was i,after fitting belt around the drum through the jockey wheels and placing the motor correctly theres not enough tension on the belt. The motor seems none adjustable as this is screwed directly to the base plate, does anyone have any experience of these and could anyone please point me in the right direction cheers dave 😳 ps im a mechanic by trade for 18 yrs but must be doing something wrong

    Re: creda sensorcare belt fitment

You don’t fit the flat side to the drum, it’s the ribbed side to the drum.

    Hope the image helps…

Of course if you know what you are doing, you tip it upside down, remove just seven screws, prise the front panel away and slip the belt round the drum and onto the motor pulley, making sure you route it correctly. Under 10 minutes in total. 😆
