    customer say : s taken chunks out of clothes. wats main reason for this . if not a brae wire sticking out of drum? 😳

    check for splits in the drum around the front and back where the metal paddles are…

    Have you looked at the machine yet? If not that would be the best avenue to pursue first.

    Overloading, inappropriate loading, open zips, partial blockage……..
