    Hello
    I wonder if anyone knows a solution to this problem.

    The machine will not take in softener but it takes in detergent OK.
    Otherwise machine runs faultlessly.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

    Have you taken the drawer out completely and given it a good clean ?.

    Also whilst you have the drawer out get an old tooth brush and clean out the inner roof with a good hard scrubbing of the dispenser compartment.

    A good clean of the upper part of the drawer aperture fixed the problem. With many thanks for the help.
