Creda T601cw condenser dryer

Hi guys

Anyone come across this problem.

For whatever reason the dryer sometimes will not get hot.
Checked the stats, element etc.

All the customer does is turn the timer and press start. Sometimes it gets hot, sometimes it will only blow cold!!!

Really scratching my head on this one.

Depends on date code to date code 82 it has a reversing timer in the base after date code 82 the reversing and heat contacts are in the main timer i reckon it will be one of these if everything else checks out.
