    Ive been to this m/c 4 times and customer is complaining of no heat ,
    each time i call it works 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} ok, ive replaced front and rear stats cleaned condenser checked wiring, she also said that tank full light comes on when tank is empty, any ideas on this one cheers paul.

    It could well be the timer, especially if it’s a Copreci as they’re cr*p. The new one is an Eaton and comes with a conversion kit and instructions.

    Yep! Got to agree with Dave on this, the timer contacts get all black and charred = new timer 😉

    I agree with Bryan. Look for a blockage in the float chamber. If it’s ok when you are there and the customer has mentioned that the full tank light is comes on too early, then it’s much more likely to be float chamber problem than a timer fault

    Dodgy wiring on the front stat is worth checking out.

    Float chamber was chocka block, just waiting for sealant to go off to test confident this was the fault ,Thanx guys.
