Hi guys
Before asking advice – a parable.
The tumbler dryer stopped heating – as it had been the stats on a couple of previous occasions I just ordered some replacements. These duly arrived and I fitted them, switched on the dryer, still cold :haier: Checked the stats that I had removed, continuity on both. Took the back of the dryer and check the fitted stats – continuity on both. So neither set had failed. Decided to check across the heater – didn’t bother because I looked down and saw it was broken in three places :eeek: . So the moral is don’t make assumptions and use your eyes. So a lesson was learnt and thankfully it wasn’t an expensive one 🙂 .
Replacement heater ordered. So to my question – anything I need to look out for or check when replacing the heater.
Thanks in advance
George :clown:
