Can anyone help…? I have a Creda t622cw condenser dryer.
I went on holiday and when i came home the dryer won’t work.
When it is turned on it makes a quiet buzzing sound, but no action!
    Can it be saved 😥

It could be the motor capacitor that has failed.

Can you turn the drum by hand?

If so it sounds like the motor start capacitor has gone.

Wow! quick work, many thanks. does it go by any other name, as there doesn’t seem to be a capacitor on your spares site. 😉

One of the two right at the bottom of THIS page will be the one you need. You need to check if your machine has a 7 or 8mf capacitor fitted first. As always, with the mains plug removed. 😉
