creda t622cw slow drying

hi this machine seems to do all it should but customer complains that
it takes too long not had this prob b4 any suggestions appreciated

Change the customer. 😉

Usual suspects blocked condensor, also possible high/low heat switch fault or faulty element.

Have you tested it to see if the amps drop when you switch the high/low switch on and off?

could be stat above door does go faulty will work intermitantly
