call no heat reported…TOC green spot open circuit

fitted replacement set of TOC’s

run to test all ok

Client rings an hour later..had used for 20 mins..no heat

returned..checked TOC..green spot open circuit

the only thing i can find the may be the problem was a blocked filter

is there any thing else i need to check before i replace TOC;s

Might be worth checking to ensure the air inlet fan hasn’t sucked in dust and muck at the front inlet? Timers are a caution too if the heat switch contacts are welded together, check that the heat switches off on cool down?
