    The drum turns but no heat, I have checked the stats and heater element for continuity and all seem OK. Any ideas.

    Did you split the circuit when you checked the stats? You’ll get a back reading through the wiring if you didn’t.

    There is a further thermostat at the front above the door housing.

    Power off at all times, please.

    Disconnected the stats and found that the lower one with a green dot on it has failed, do you have a part number that I can order.

    Hi

    I haver ordered and replaced the stats but it still isn’t heating up. Have checkrd the new stats and all OK. Any ideas?

    Yes, the Timer is often the source of this fault 🙁
