Creda Tumble Dryer T622CW – Not Heating

I have a Creda Condensing tumble Dryer, Model T622CW and it is not working. The machine does spin when switched on but it does not get warm or extract any water from the clothes, the water tray is empty after a spin.
Has anyone had this or a similar problem, any ideas of what we can do ?

Hi Sarah, The most likely cause is the thermostats. You must keep the filter and the heat exchanger (long metal box ) very clean. Also you should avoid switching the dryer off when it is hot, you should always allow the 10 minute cool down period to run its course.
