Had a customer called the office & said her Creda W200FW washing machine won’t wash on “D” only. Other programes work fine. She says when she starts a D programme it locks door & “end” led flashes. But only on D. ???

Possibly a fault on control board, best to run the diagnostics test first to check out all the components.

Is the D program the 60 Degree C? If so I would suspect the hot fill water pressure.

All H+C fill WMA machines start with a drain out, then a short cold fill, to fill the sump then hot fill which is temp controlled to avoid getting too hot, the cold fill can be brought back in to prevent this.

W200FW after date code 42 is cold fill only.

A diagnostics check would ID a faulty valve, but according to the OP it doesn’t even drain or cold fill.

I might be able to furnish a list of the diagnostics if you don’t have them Seamy. 😉

    Hi chaps,
just a thought but 2 of my customers have put the selector switch 180 degrees out as some are all white. Its not stop/change prog on the other side of D?
    Cheers

180° opposite prog D is prog M on this machine.

Start/Cancel is achieved using the same button, no Stop/Change position on these.
