Module should be a 1604769 or a 1605332 for cold fill machines (after date code 41). After date code 29 they reverted back to an earlier version of software. The 1604769 is the replacement for all W220VW machines that are mixed fill.E-mail sent.
Thanks for the info but considering my post, your info and your historic post above I am now still confused. The original board in the machine is referenced AKO 547 203.The version numbers 22 or 23 I assume refer to the software within the board ? Must get this sorted, your help is very much appreciated but still needed

According to latest version of Partfinder there is only one module, a 1604769 for all versions of the W220FW or W220VW, screwed or welded drums. If your board is a new one I would assume that it is version 23. The sheet sent out with new modules normally includes the codes for both W220FW & W220VW mixed or cold fill only, as does the info I sent you.
Other than going through the configuration again or trying a different board I don’t know what to suggest. That info did also include instructions on how to determine which software variant the PCB has, although the config codes only appear to relate to variant 23 for cold fill machines.
When you installed the new module and went through the configuration did the 15 step verification routine correspond with the table afterwards?

yes the fifteen stage corresponded as per the sheet. The problem i seem to have is on fill,it shoots a small amount of water in maybe a pint and then tumbles around. Some cycles top up after about 3 or 4 mins.

Curious, 😕 what was the original fault.
It could be an intermittant fill valve or pressure switch fault, not something I have ever encountered though, very odd.

WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER PLANK I AM.!!!!!
Did the version verification test…perfect,so I had programmed it correctly.
Checked the original pcb contacts and found the two black wires to the pressure switch were fitted to a position adjacent to where i had fitted them on the replacement. The original fault was a faulty lock which had obviously damaged something on the pcb (nothing physical)but after fitting lock door lock light still flashed.Changed the module, cure one fault and manufacture one of my own when i miss replaced a connector.thanks for your help
