ModeratorJust had a phone call from these people.
http://credittheftuk.com/Protect.php
The young lady sounded Welsh but spoke so quickly that I had blanked out after the first few seconds. 😥
The gist of it is that they claim to monitor business credit references and they say that there has been a change made to my ‘credit details’ in the past 14 to 16 weeks.
I can contact them for this information, needless to say a small fee is involved. :rolls:
Anyone else had them on the phone?
Jim.

“As well as Credit Theft, fraudsters can also obtain Loans, Credit cars and hire purchase agreements under company details if your businesses identity has been stolen. “
What’s a credit car?……… is that like a fiat or something?

What a poor website indeed. I see the suggestion whilst on the website where you can visit it? Bit like pressing interactive services on your Sky+ box when it is locked up, and you cannot use it at all.
Note the spelling of “lour” website?
Take full advantage and call us today on 01443 841865 or alternatively visit lour website at http://www.credittheftuk.com
Then throw in an american spell check. Must be lost in translation from Welsh.

My thoughts exactly. 😉
Don’t worry, there is still a small piece of the old grey matter functioning, there is no way I would have fallen for it but sadly lots of people do. 😥
When ‘Sophie’ gave me her name I asked her for a reference number should I need to call back but none was forthcoming. :rolls:

Hi all: What a pathetic website, looks & sounds bogus. Unfortunately I won’t be going to cardiff for the next week or so, but next time I do I think i will look them up.
As far as I know Trefforest industrial estate is just that an industrial estate & I dont remember seeing these people there but it is quite a big place. Sounds a bit like a firm that phoned me three times this week reconning they can help me sort out debtors legally 😆 for just a small fee of £200 per year :rolls:

Have used Experian once or twice over the years, very efficient and they seem to like me as well. 8) 😀
