customer says that they have to press red manual reset button in every time they use it.
machine getting red hot.

popped out,no blockage,condensor clear etc etc.
what controls the heat,the exhaust stat or the stat above the element?
has anyone got the part no. for all 3 stats?
exaust/inlet/and manual reset stat.

I only have Connect’s part numbers I’m afraid as that’s all they show.

Crosslee (01422) 203963 are really reasonable with their parts prices. For stats it’s generally worth going direct and paying with your card over the phone. They’ll tell you 7 days but they post out promptly and it usually arrives in 1 to 2 days.
Chances are you don’t need the reset stat as it is obviously doing its job.

Nine times out of ten it’s the inlet stat which gives this problem unless shes not letting it do the tumble cool section after the clothes are dry.

I only have the connect codes for the parts as follows:

Inlet stat 5031685286071
Reset stat 5031685276171
Exhaust stat 5031685286088

Earth leak on the lollipop heater will trip the safety every time.
