Crusdaer condenser dryer

can anyone please tell me who manufactures crusader Model CT61C condenser dryers, i am drying to find out why it is blowing cold air, i have done everything to clean it out and check water tank etc…so i am sure it must be a heating element…so need to try and find the heating element and dont have a manual.

any suggestions and help would be grateful

unplug it!!!!!!!!!
take off rear panel and you will see the element with two thermostats onit
made by hotpoint/creda
go to shop@ on the left and put in 1701583 (http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/c0009556 … mostat-kit)
come as a pair so make sure you fit both only £9.74
one at a time so you don`t put them the wrong way round
and don`t touch the base of them or you will break it
