Hello, I have a Currys essentials dishwasher with no power at all. Both main PCB and display board have been changed, to no avail. There is power getting to the display board, but it’s not switching on at all. There is obviously something I’m missing, but I’m baffled as to what it could be able don’t really want to keep throwing parts at it! Can anyone help please?

The machine just died one day. When powered ‘on’ using the power button on the dash, there was no life at all. Having replaced both boards, there is still no power. I can see there is a live feed to the dash via a volt pen. I have checked for broken wires inside the door.

you have to confirm there is a live and a neutral feed to the board. a volt pen only detects live

Yes, of course. How would I go about doing that? Would I have to get hold of a wiring diagram?

diagram probably got no hope. its a cheap import by currys. little or no technical support

you need to get a multimeter and buzz from the plug to the board. could be a broken neutral in the door
