    I’m having trouble with a currys essentials CDW60W10 most times in the prewash cycle after a few minutes the machine starts beeping and the drain pump starts and runs for a few minutes and then stops. the drying light is flashing rapidly. The machine has to be turned off and restarted before anything else can be done. Any suggestions please regards Guy.

    Thought I post an update on this issue as it is now resolved. There wasnt anything wrong with the machine the problem was me using a hot fill which didnt have enough pressure to fully fill the machine. Although this has been working fine for nearly 2 years (which put me off the scent) something must have changed. The machine is now working happily using a cold fill.
