It must be the time of year or sommat. Got a call t’other day, I knock on door, customer answers ,[ note: customer looking like death warmed up],
”oh come in , excuse me i’ve been up all night with the runs & being sick, so don’t come too close etc”!!!!!! What is wrong with these people, do they think we are immune from their illness, prats!!! Every year I get this : ”oh I’m of work with the flu”, so they take time off work so as not to spread it amongst their work pals but don’t think they can pass it on to us, GITS!
soz rant over thank god for Vicks first defence….

I suppose it depends on the Location. Here in london, we hardly get a very decent person like you mentioning.

Can you not send some nice customers down my way(lool)

I have a friend in Bolton who is a Parking Attendant and he says most people appologise for parking illegaly and promise not to do that again in the future AFTER THEY WERE GIVEN THEIR TICKETS!!!.
I wish that was the case in london

Went to a farm a few years back, just as I was leaving he pulled out a large knife. 😯 Then he went over to the table and from a huge piece of Ham, sliced me a doorstep sized piece of Gammon, “that’ll sort yer tea out tonight, young man”. It was delicous. 8)

    Re: Customers love to share!

That sounds tasty Jim, but there are some places I go I won’t accept a cup of tea 😡 !You know the sort ,ya pull the washer out & theres old sarnies, knives n’ forks, biscuits & the occasional mouse that died of food poisoning 🙁 just lying there!
Having said all that many moons ago whilst doing a spell of aerial rigging, some old lass asked me & my mate if we wanted a cuppa [mid Jan] ”oh yes says I” only to be greeted not only with a hot cuppa ,but also cake, apple pie & cheese & biscuits, yum yum 😛 🙂 🙂 ! Now them is the sort of customers we want, but might put a strain on the waistline a bit!
