Got a call to a dishwasher yesterday that doesnt drain.
found that the pump don’t run at all although the drain pump is working ( via my mains lead direct to pump ) .Machine works as normal but will not turn drain pump on at start ( before filling ) so obviously after main wash it starts beeping and won’t empty.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? board error or broken wire maybe? or am i missing the obvious?

take it you check obvious l ike broken wires in the door
if you get continuity back to pcb would suspect the board look for cracks and obvious component failures
