    My dishwasher model is CARLTON CF2W/CF2S. The cycle gets about a quarter of the way, then the machine stays on, but doesn’t progress, leaving dishes unclean and water still in. Can anybody help with this problem please?

    Is it heating? Carlton used to be a Curry’s brand name IIRC – how old is the machine?

    The machine is heating, and it’s about 12 months old.
