fan in the freezer

this is a common issue on most of the older style Daewoo American ff

this is a slightly newer model with a different style fan i checked the power to the fan connection and was getting 12-13 volts

ordered a new fan fitted it and it was working ok , since had issues where the voltage is dropping at the fan connector

I’m wondering if this is a PCB issue or if its down to something else

any pointers/info would be appreciated if anyone has seen this
