Hello, I have a Daewoo FRS U201A1 side by side fridge freezer, it has no icebox in the door, since Sunday the food on the top shelf has started to defrost, but then it froze again now it as defrosted again (I have disposed of these items), the shelves below are still frozen, I have noticed the fan is not working as I think it should, I have also heard a loud popping sound over the last few days (it sounds like ice falling inside but there is no ice in there)would someone possibly know what is wrong with it, any advice will be appreciated, many thanks Suzie.

The fan inside the Freezer compartment will need replacing.
This is the most likely fault as Dawoo are reliable and it is rare to get a fault except a fan motor.
The sound of ice dropping indicates the frost free system is working but more ice than normal is being produced on the evaporator due to the fan fault.
The ice will not be visible as it is behind the rear panel in the freezer.
