Been to see this today in garage. N class. Frost free with ducted air into fridge. Freezer appears o.k. fridge not. But compressor stone cold. Did kick into life when thermostat control knob turned up to max and fan seen running. there is a sensor in fridge. Has anybody any experience of these that could give me some pointers?

    Cheers
    Simon.

I would point you to the recyling centre Simon but as a trader you can’t take them there anymore 😆

As far as I know, there is little or no tech info on these units, Connect carry the spares though.

Have you tried replacing the stat ? I get asked quite a bit for Daewoo one’s so it may well be they are the common failure.

    Dave.

Are they going to re-label these as Chevrolets as well? 😆

Not just fridge in cold garage syndrome is it? Seem to have had more than ever of these this year, as its not been so cold (yet) but has been cold enough.

Cust says that he has not had a problem yet so either stat or garage too cold fault. Take it that it is not regarded highly by the comments! Told him to put heater by it so we will see.

    Thanks all
