Daewoo FRS – U20DBC Chilled Case Drawer

Hi I’m going mad trying to find a spare Daewoo FRS – U20DBC Chilled Case Drawer after the Mrs managed to drop ours the other week :rolls:

I could not find the part anywhere on the internet so I thought I’d try searching for it with Google Images to see if I could spot a photo that looked the same as mine & after a bit I did… or so I thought (see attached photo). The part I found was called “Daewoo Case Chilled FRS-U20IAI” so I rang up buyspares.co.uk to ask for it’s dimensions etc & was told they could not give me any information at all on the product but said I could return it if it was no good so I went for it.

The drawer arrived and is nothing like the one in the photo, its about 2 thirds of the width and only has 5 ridges running from front to back rather than the 9 that can be seen in the photo. To cut a long story short they have the wrong photo up on their website & helpful as ever they can not tell me what the photo on their website actually is for me to order it 😐

So I’m stuck, can anyone point me in the rite direction? The photo I have attached is exactly like the drawer I need, but the only places that I can find who stock it are partner companies of buyspares so I know the photo is incorrect. Help!

Has a contact number for daewoo spares, then again maybe a partner company of buyspares. Good luck.

Hi thanks for the reply, yeh I tried their website but no joy. I can’t remember if they are the same company as buyspares or not now, may give them a ring just to check as I’m running out of option 😥

Ok still had no luck so going to try contacting Daewoo UK directly today, don’t hold ya breath!
