This is an american style fridge freezer by Daewoo.

Customer complained that it was freezing their food in the fridge. When I called they said it was ok now but could I sort out the problem with the iced water as it was not working. Bottle at rear of fridge where water passes through to ge chilled was frozen. Defrosted and water was now dispensed. Temps in fridge where normal.

3 weeks later and I get a call to day asking me to go back as the food in the fridge is freezing up.

Does any one have any ideas why it would do this??

bottom vent open to wide, think its same as lg..
close vent it sits ay salad tray area,
im sure lg were advising to block vent to prevent this ??

these f/f built for asian market where they like to store meat in the salad trays hence the bottom vent to super chill meat
