    hi customer says machine sticks at 11 mins remaining on quick wash and sticks with 33 mins on other,she then has to turn it off and run it on rinse and spin which it does ok i checked all the usual possibilites but found no probs i suspect control module machine is only 2 yrs old but well used

    any help appreciated

    It can be an unbalanced load, but if this is not the case change the PCB. Fitted quite a few for this problem.

    Don’t forget theses have a 2 year guarantee.
