Damaged machines

Hi all,

I was wondering how many other people are receiving damaged machines?.
It appears to be nearly every ISE that comes in to us,has some sort of dent on the machine. Although the packaging is in perfect condition. Unfortunatley, when they are delivered to us, they are usually scheduled to go straight out to our customer, so getting an exchange organised is virtually impossible. The last one that came in to us, was in quite a state. The lid was all out of alignment, and had come adrift from the front of the machine, and there was also a small piece broken on the side of the facia.

no damage noticed here. It did used to be an issued when we sold Asko some years back, nearly every machine would be damaged in some way, packaging does still look the same as it did then but have had very few damaged ISE branded ones over the years.
