hi all above brand model no.DVF 120JUI//3 , it turns on and is pumping water ouy then stops and after 10 seconds pumps water out this is ongoing , it has an aquastop valve which is not letting water into the machine is this right ? i tried a test program but it only got as far as the water being pumped out it would not go past this test phase , i got the water circulating shortly after arriving to it the water was entering l/h side via the opening from the pressure chamber to the tub (3 inch dia. round plastic insert ) is this also correct thanks

Hi, By the description given please look at the flood switch in the base. This will restrict the test program. They can go faulty if in a damp environment and give altering meter readings. If you take the cover off the switch and check for signs of damp.

i didnt take the switch off ben but i checked it for operation and it operated the pump when i lifted the float , is there a need for further testing ? thanks

check the water level sensor [which is in the form of a small pcb similar to a whirlpool water flow meter]best access is at rear of machine

i couldnt see any sign of a pcb from the rear only board in it is main one behind the door kick board i checked the element again and its o/l so im gonna replace that first see how it goes from there
