De Deitrich oven

Does anyone know of a De Deitrich web site I had to look at a De Deitrich oven today I have tried to set the timer but when I switch the oven on after one or two second the oven switches off and the timer reverts to flashing zeros so I need to know how to set the timer its only three buttons so it cant be that difficult a button marked set and two buttons marked + and -.
Can anyone advise.
Model number is DOC310XE1.

I have just found the web site I was hoping to download a user manual but the site is useless.

I could be wrong…….Hey I have been before……….1976 I think it was?
Each push of the “Set” button selects a different option eg start time, end time,minute minder, CLOCK.

So it sounds like you may be just setting the minute minder rather than the clock?
