    Hi,

I have a 3 year old De Dietrich double electric oven which has a dead controller. There is an electrical supply as the top oven works (fan & element), which is not controlled by the controller. However, the bottom oven does not work, nor does the light.
De Detrich want £165 just to come out and look at it. Just wondering if there is something basis which I have forgotten or a known fault with this oven – DOD778B4?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers Pete, that could well be the case as the wife had just finished an automatic clean at high temp.

Time to call out an engineer me thinks.

    John.
