De Dietrich DHD357XL11 extractor hood fault

Hi,

My extractor hood has stopped working. The control panel is dead, the lights don’t work, the fan doesn’t work. When I switch the power off and then back on all the control panel lights come on briefly, then go off, then the left hand two come on, then go off. Then the control panel is back to being dead.

I guess this is a fault code to tell me what is wrong, but I can’t find that information anywhere on the Internet.

Can anyone tell me what it means and which component I need to replace?
