De Dietrich dishwasher D04 – Temperature fault

Hi,

I know its a long shot but weve taken a call today on a De dietrich dishwasher, no model number yet, ( I did say it was a long shot), with a fault code of D04, booked in for Friday.
Just had a quick look and it says Temperature fault.
Does anybody have any experience on these machines. What is the most likely cause for this fault. I cant even picture on of these machines if truth be told.

Any help would be appreciated.
