    hello all had a lady on phone saying top oven burning stuff and bottom not cooking evenly and taking ages,she says inner fan running fine and it is heating so ele fine are the thermistors a problem on these?or a pcb fault likely as both ovens doing temp faults?
    any advice appreciated.
