de dietrich DOP740x oven how to reset?

Re de dietrich DOP740x automatic oven: Customer had a power cut and now screen is blank, just a flashing blue light. He called De Dietrich and they said “you have to reset it” but did not know how to do it! (hilarious!) Anybody know how to do the PCB reset?

according to the manual the clock flashes as they all do when turn on

why don’t you ring them up and act like a customer and get them to tell you
